Makaw Scaffolding was approached with the enquiry for the scaffold encapsulation for this 60m vessel and exceptionally delivered to the client in just a few weeks from enquiry. Our in house team was responsible in the design of the structure, Supply/rental of all scaffolding equipment ,Installation and certification of the full structure which consumed in excess of 90 tons of Layher scaffolding equipment. A temporary roof structure with all necessary preparation work for eventual thermoplastic shrink wrap was designed using standard scaffold lattice beams which were prefabricated off site and craned into position on site minimising any installation downtimes.
